We have special expertise in working with young refugees and migrants, but our training approach can be suitable for many teenagers. Questions regarding future, communication, changes in life, building self-esteem, knowing your weaknesses and strengths and practicing behavior and communication.

We will deal with questions like: 'How can you shift the problem-thinking towards solution-thinking?' and 'How can you apply this to working with young refugees or young people in general?' This introduction workshop consists of the following: - A short introduction to the solution-focused approach and the group of young refugees- Practical excercise- Intro Solution Talks- Excercises- Examples of what works- Info sheet about solution focused approach
